Health Canada, Food & Nutrition has set up helpful webpages explaining how to choose foods wisely from Canada's Food Guide. Moving through these pages will tell you things like how many servings of fruits and vegetables an average, healthy person, aged 19 to 50 years of age should be consuming each day.
