~ Back to Home Page ~ Nutter’s Gift Card Terms of Use Agreement VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: The following agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to the pre-paid account of your Nutter’s Gift Card in Canada, which carries on business through its corporate affiliates and franchisees as Nutter’s Bulk & Natural Foods (hereafter collectively, “Nutter’s”). By using your Nutter’s Gift Card, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Please keep a copy of this agreement for your records. As the terms and conditions of this agreement will govern the use of the Nutter’s Gift Card by you or anyone else who holds or uses the Nutter’s Gift Card. About your Nutter’s Gift Card Account: Nutter’s Purchases Only The Nutter’s Gift Card allows you to load a dollar value on to your Nutter’s Card for future purchases at participating Nutter’s retail locations. The dollar value that you load onto your Nutter’s Card is a pre-payment only for retail products at participating Nutter’s locations. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection, or deposit account is associated with a Nutter’s Gift Card. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement any amount on your Nutter’s Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash at any Nutter’s location. No interest, dividends, or any other earnings on funds deposited onto a Nutter’s Gift Card will accrue or be paid or credited to you by Nutter’s. The value associated with the Nutter’s Gift Card is not insured by either Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) or the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Use of the Nutter’s Gift Card is limited to participating Nutter’s locations. We reserve the right not to accept, load, re-load or re-issue any Nutter’s Gift Card or otherwise limit the use of a Nutter’s Gift Card if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Registering Your Card Once you have purchased your Nutter’s Gift Card, you can register it online at www.nutters.com. Loading and Reloading Value on Your Card You can load (or reload) a dollar value on the Nutter’s Gift Card at participating Nutter’s retail stores using cash, an approved credit card or debit card (where available). All Nutter’s Gift Cards must be activated at a participating Nutter’s retail location (no activation can take place online). The loaded amount will appear on your Nutter’s Gift Card immediately. Currently at store level, you may load a minimum of $10.00 to a maximum of $100.00 worth of value to your Nutter’s Gift Card. The maximum in-store amount that can be charged to a credit card is $100.00 per day. The maximum Nutter’s Gift Card balance allowed is $250.00. Nutter’s may change the maximum or minimum amount that may be loaded onto your Nutter’s Gift Card at any time at its sole discretion, and we will post any changes to these terms and conditions online. All amounts loaded onto your Nutter’s Gift Card are held and denominated in Canadian currency. Restrictions: The Nutter’s Gift Card is redeemable at participating Nutter’s locations only. Returns / Refunds For all returns or refunds where the method of purchase payment is a Nutter’s Gift Card, the credit issued will be to the Nutter’s Gift Card. No Cash Refunds. A copy of the Nutter’s receipt is required to verify that the Nutter’s Gift Card was used as the method of payment. Nutter’s Gift Card refunds at participating Nutter’s locations only. |
