Ingredients
1 cup Roger’s 9-grain glour
1-1/2 cups Roger’s all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup mashed bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup natural yogurt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg; set aside.
- Combine mashed bananas and oil; beat in egg, honey, vanilla and yogurt. Add dry ingredients and walnuts; stir until just combined.
- Spoon into prepared muffin pans. Bake 15-20 minutes.
