Ingredients
- ¾ cup softened Butter
- ½ cup Swerve
- ½ cup golden Monk Fruit
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 cups Almond flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 bag of Lily’s Chocolate chips
- ½ cup crushed raw Macadamia nuts (try raw Pecans or Walnuts too)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine softened butter and Swerve
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Place ball of dough onto cookie sheet
