Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup softened Butter
  • ½ cup Swerve
  • ½ cup golden Monk Fruit
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 bag of Lily’s Chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed raw Macadamia nuts (try raw Pecans or Walnuts too)

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine softened butter and Swerve
  3. Add eggs and vanilla
  4. Combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl
  5. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
  6. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  7. Place ball of dough onto cookie sheet
