Happy Mood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen chopped banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 tbsp. cacao powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Adjust sweetness by adding 1 pitted date or honey.
  2. Enjoy right away!
