Happy Mood Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen chopped banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tbsp. cacao powder (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Adjust sweetness by adding 1 pitted date or honey.
- Enjoy right away!
