Unlike our customers who make a purchase from our store after seeing or holding our product, our online customers don’t have that option before purchasing an item. Due to this, our Return & Exchange policy differs for purchases made online.

ONLINE STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Save your box and original packaging material! If an item has been shipped to you and it is not quite what you were expecting, excluding reproducible material, CD’s or e-Books , please phone us within 14 days of receiving the order for an authorization number and shipping instructions before re-shipping the item back to us. All online store returns or exchanges must be in resalable condition, meaning the item is unused, unopened and unaltered. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns not accompanied by an authorization number may be refused and returned to you at your expense. Requests for a return after 14 days may be denied. A 25% restocking fee may apply and the balance of the amount will be applied as an online credit, less any shipping charges. Please note that we will refuse any packages sent COD and no online purchase can be returned to our retail location. All online purchase returns must be accompanied by a confirmation email or packing list. If you ordered a product online, but picked it up at the store, you may return it to the store, excluding reproducible material or CDs.

ONLINE RETURNS & RESOLUTION

You can expect your return or exchange to be taken care of promptly and resolved within 7 days of us receiving the return, provided we were notified within 14 days. Once the product has arrived and is determined to be in resalable condition, meaning the item unused, unopened and unaltered, excluding reproducible material or CDs, and accompanies the confirmation email or packing list, we will issue you a refund or online credit. We will then send you a confirmation email outlining the credit at that time, less any shipping charges. Some items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, at our discretion, which will be deducted from your refund or in-store credit.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Within 7 days of your purchase, you may return any items that are in resalable condition, meaning the item is unused, unopened and unaltered with original receipt, with the exception of reproducible material or CDs, for a complete refund. A complete refund will only be processed in-store within 7 days of purchase, provided the original receipt is present. We understand that life gets busy, so you can return an item for in-store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt which must be present. All items must be in resalable condition, meaning the item is unused, unopened and unaltered. Some items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, at our discretion, which will be deducted from your refund or in-store credit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE

Gift receipts can be issued for in-store exchange only and have no cash back or refund value. Some items may not be returnable, such as CDs and DVDs, special orders, personalized items, etc. All reproducible books or reproducible material are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or returned for in-store or online credit— NO EXCEPTIONS! No returns can be made on sale items as all sales are final, whether in-store or online. All special orders and personalization items are also considered final sales. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the purchase.
